As the example below shows, the biggest differences between real and artificial green walls are ongoing cost and risk. Over a 10-year period, a live wall can cost two to three times more due to required maintenance and the potential for costly failures or repairs. Compared to the long-term reliability of an artificial wall, live walls carry greater risk. A pipe can burst, power can go out and affect interior temperatures, or fungus can damage an entire wall.

Yes, we do. We typically recommend having our certified professionals install our green wall and moss art products. However, installation by our team is not required, and the warranty will remain valid as long as the correct installation instructions are followed.

Yes, all of our products have warranties.  Our artificial green wall panels have an industry leading 5 year warranty, our commercial self watering planters have a lifetime warranty, and our moss art has a 10 year warranty.

As a rule of thumb, it's always best to keep them out of direct sunlight whenever possible.  If your space does not allow for that, we recommend putting somewhere that only gets the less powerful morning sun. Pertaining particularly to the moss art, do not place them in areas that are exposed directly to hot/cold air, or big temperature swings.  The moss art also prefers indoor air humidity between 40-60%.

Well, we like to think so and here are the facts....  Self watering planters eliminate two of the biggest issues associated with planter watering.  One, they eliminate the guesswork of how much to water, allowing the roots to reach deep and access only as much water as they require.  Two, they eliminate "top" watering.  This is the act of dumping water over the tops of the plants which oftentimes causes most of that water to just run off onto the ground. Anything that does sit on top of certain plants can be burnt by the powerful rays of the sun which use the water droplets like a magnifying glass.
