Returns and Refunds
At Inspired Greenery, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We also understand that questions can come up after an order is placed. This Returns and Refunds page explains how we handle returns, damaged items, order issues, and refund requests. Because many of our products are specialty décor items, custom products, or made-to-order selections, some items may not qualify for return. Please read the policy below before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The product must arrive back to us in a resellable condition. If an item has been installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original packaging, we may deny the return or reduce the refund amount based on the condition of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. This includes custom orders, special-order products, personalized items, clearance items, final sale items, and any product marked non-returnable at the time of purchase. If your order includes made-to-order moss walls, custom green wall configurations, or other specialty items prepared specifically for your project, those items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with a resolution. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation and the condition of the item.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items. If you need a different product, finish, or size, the fastest option may be to request a return for an eligible item and place a new order separately. If the issue involves damage, defects, or an incorrect item, contact us and we will review the best solution based on the order details.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped or entered production. If a custom or made-to-order item has already entered production, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated under the standard return policy above.
Shipping Issues
Delivery times may vary based on product type, availability, and shipping carrier performance. Inspired Greenery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. However, if your package appears lost or severely delayed, contact us and we will help review the shipment status and next steps.
